Why breath? How do you breathe? Can it really be the best medicine of your life? Is it just for the woodstock mind?
I am here to help you answer all those questions and more and fill you in on some exciting news!
Basal gangalia is the part of our brain that holds our “ behavioral habits”. Our what, where? Yes, you heard me, you have habits of “bad” ones that are behavior bases, So to be able to use your breath to disrupt energy where a bad habit, behavior has formed. We use the prefrontal cortez as our helper, the habit changer with ACTIVE breathing to reset the BRAIN.
Who doesn’t want to do this and yes, it is FREE! A tool we ALL have inside us. It takes determination and a lot of LOVE for self to want to make the change in life. Do you want more LOVE in your life? Do you want those doubts and fears to not control your life anymore?
Breathwork is a practice. A daily practice to keep us in our own lane. To do the “work” is the best career choice first. Move past the feelings that have formed like cement of behaviors controlling and taking over your life.
Let’s move past all this together with breathwork and move into the TRUTH of who we really are. I’m a practice what I preach human. Are you ready to be that for yourself? You are so worth it! How do I know this? Because I have walked and do walk your walk. This human stuff is work, how we do it is key!
