Milagro Breathwork is a form of pranayama breathwork,
which means active breathing combined with soma relaxation time for a body reset.

Virtual One-on-One Breathwork Healing
This 1:1 private is to not hide or run & dive deeper in you to restore. We will allow the layers to fall away to be who you really are to shine. 90 minutes in a Zoom session that is designed to clear deep issues that show up in your mind, body and keep you from who you are. Small talk therapy, breathwork, reiki, energy work, sound healing. This is a SAFE space held just for you to release & begin. Are you ready to come live your life fully? This ONCE a month class is held LIVE in my private residence, you will need to pre-register, this is not a walk in class. NO REFUNDS as space is limited, you can fill your spot with another great women & keep the breath of love going.
This class is 90 minutes, please dress casual/comfy. You will be on my living room floor, bring a yoga mat. I will have plenty of props of blankets in such. Who remembers slumber party days? This intimate group will be a small number to feel womb like, safe and to be reborn each month a blossoming in your creation. You were born a star, we all are, breathwork shines us up from the INSIDE and out! Are you ready to transform your routine and join in each month?

A 1:1 IN-person, Transformational Breathwork healing session. Two hours AND sometimes it does go longer that is dedicated to unwinding your blocks, traumas, wounds & return back to your the core truth of who you are and why you are here.
Start with a Short talk therapy with fresh tea or cocoa ceremony, followed by breathwork, reiki/energy work, massage, sound healing, music, warm stones & towels, whatever Spirit delivers with all the bells and whistles AND a plan of action to help on your journey to go home with. Yes, you get HOME-work with BREATHWORK!
This session is very deep and healing for the mind, body & spirit. You get MORE than you ever expected in this session!
Please start hydrating days prior and don’t plan anything after your session except to go home and unwind, journal, sleep, be in the presence of your journey prior to getting back in the human world.
