Women’s Monthly Live Breathwork

Women’s Transformational Breathwork Class is back one Thursday a month:
Ladies, we are back & in South Tampa!!
I moved back & renting a home just off S. Dale Mabry/Bay to bay (exact address comes after you sign up).
Monthly Women only Breathwork class, small intimate group of 6 women.
Reserve your space, you are worth it & who do you know you KNOW needs more HEALING in their life?
This will be ONE Thursday evening a month, dates are on the schedule from January-December, get signed up & include your women community!
This is a 90 minute class to go DEEP and be in space with loving safe women.
We will gather for a light beginning of our topic of the evening, deep breathwork & plenty of soma/nidra relaxation at the end to heal your central nervous system.
Please wear comfy relaxing clothes.
Bring a yoga mat or a pad.
I will supply blankets, water, hot tea &
a healthy snack for you as you will be hungry after that deep work!
Time: 7 PM
Please arrive a 10 minutes early to get parked, in the door, potty, give hugs, you know how we WO-men are!
